There is no reason not to. Same cartridge, same maker, same thread: $31.50 for thirty against $26.95 for twenty. That is $1.05 each against $1.35 — and the 30 box is the cheapest cartridge on this shelf.

Is 3/8-24 the same as what my dispenser needs?

It is the standard threaded CO2 cartridge size, shared by the TrailKeg and ICO threaded cartridges on this shelf and by the JaylyHala refillables. If your dispenser takes a screw-in 16 g cartridge, this is almost certainly the thread.

Food grade with no certificate?
