The two numbers that put it at the top of this shelf

Eighty bottles. Two hours.

Four openers here publish thirty bottles a charge and not one of them publishes a charge time. This listing gives both, and is the only one that does.

And the sentence most sets would have left out

Not for champagne or sparkling wine.

An aerator pushes air through the pour; bubbles do not survive that. Saying so costs a sale and prevents a disappointment, and on a shelf where three other sets include an aerator in silence, it is the most useful line in the listing.

What readers ask us

Why does it exclude sparkling wine?

Because the aerator forces air through the pour, and a sparkling wine pushed through an aerator loses its bubbles. WineWhiz says so plainly, which is more than most aerator listings do. The opener itself is unaffected — the exclusion is about the aerator.

Is 80 bottles a real advantage?

If you entertain, yes: four openers on this shelf publish 30, which is one good party. Eighty plus a two-hour USB-C recharge is a different kind of tool. This page quotes the maker and has not counted the bottles.

What does the twelve-month commitment cover?

The listing says that if it stops working within twelve months they will make it right. Only Secura on this shelf also puts twelve months in writing, and Secura calls it a warranty.
