What it comes down to A double-walled stainless bucket with no ice, no power and no moving parts. It holds a bottle at temperature for longer than a single-walled bucket, and that is the whole claim.
What the maker puts in writing
Double wall insulated stainless steel
One bottle, most standard sizes
White wine, champagne, or red at cellar temperature
Indoors or out
It slows things down, and that is all
No power, no ice, no gel, no compressor. A vacuum between two walls of steel, and a bottle inside it.
A cold bottle warms more slowly. That is the complete specification, and the listing does not pretend otherwise.
Where it belongs on this shelf
At the opposite end from the Cooper Coolers. They take a warm bottle and make it cold in minutes with ice water and a motor. This takes a cold bottle and keeps it that way through dinner with nothing at all.
Both are reasonable. Only one of them costs twenty dollars.

What works, and what does not
Strengths
The cheapest product on this shelf, with nothing to break, charge, freeze or fill
Double-wall stainless, so it insulates without sweating onto the table — unlike an ice bucket
Works for a cellar-temperature red as well as a cold white, because it simply slows the change
Compromises
It holds nothing it is not given: a warm bottle stays warm
No hold time published, so "longer" is the entire performance claim
One bottle, and no lid, so it slows warming rather than preventing it
Its two closest on cost
Same shelf, nearest price — what the same spend buys instead.
White wine, champagne, or red at cellar temperature
Placement
Indoors or out, table, kitchen or bar
Chill time
Not applicable — it holds, it does not chill

What readers ask us
Does it chill the wine?
No. It is a vacuum-walled bucket: it slows the rate at which a cold bottle warms up. Two machines on this shelf take a warm bottle to 43 °F in minutes; one frozen sleeve does it in five. This does none of that.
How long does it hold?
The listing says "longer" and gives no figure. That is the honest limit of a passive cooler — it depends on the room, the bottle and how cold it started. The Cobalance on this shelf publishes 24 hours because it is powered.
Why not just use an ice bucket?
An ice bucket works better and drips, soaks the label and needs ice. This keeps the bottle dry and presentable at the price of some performance, which is the trade every iceless cooler on this shelf makes.

Amazon reports what buyers took in the month before this page was last checked: at least 600.
The figure is a floor, rounded by Amazon, and read through Keepa — it says what buyers picked, not what a maker claims.

Electric spin chiller · wine in 5–6 min, cans in 1 min · not for champagne
An electric motorized spin chiller using water and ice to chill a wine bottle in 5–6 minutes or a can in about 1 minute, from room temperature with no pre-freezing needed. The manufacturer explicitly states it is not suited to champagne. Confirmed with a real price on Amazon.fr.
Best for: Someone who wants genuinely on-demand chilling with no advance planning, for still wine or cans, and who has ice and water readily available — and who has another plan entirely for champagne.
